I'll Get to It!
Shit balls! Why do I procrastinate? I hate how it feels, causes me stress and makes me cringe. I am better than this! Laundry is not more important than my goals and dreams, social media is not more important than my commitments especially those I make to myself. So why do I do it? It's a habit and in the past clearly I have met deadlines and the results have been ok when I procrastinate. The stuff gets done, except when it comes to my personal goals. I have been talking (mostly to myself which is part of the problem) about creating an online health and fitness challenge to launch a personal training business for awhile. I have thought lots about it and done personal development, yelled, "Amen, So True and YASSSS!" in the car to so many podcasts about facing your fears and doing it anyways. The thing is I haven't done it. Period. I have not done it. I am saying it here, "That IS going to change!"
Taking ACTION, I think I have written about this in the past but now it is time to put my money where my mouth is! I am going to take the time to create a challenge and launch the business this month! This month is May 2019 by the way ;) It's going to be a busy month so stay tuned and share your procrastination stories with me and maybe some strategies to help me change my procrastinating ways.
Small consistent steps result in significant distance covered over time. A little bit everyday. I can do this!
