Individualized Personal Training

Train from the comfort of your own home with a customized 4 week program based on where you are at and whatever equipment you have at your disposal.  What you will receive from me:

  • Initial consultation phone call to discuss program requirements

  • Customized program design based on your specific goals and needs delivered via zoom call

  • Daily email access to address questions and concerns along the way

  • Weekly email/text for accountability and support

  • 1 additional zoom call (beginning of week 2/3) check-in & re-design if required
